Top-ICT can advice you based on the details filled in the proposal form. This is however not mandatory. We are also able to define your needs if you contact us. Based on this we can make you an offer. Even if after 1year it appears that you have chosen a too large website bundle we can correct it based on a recalculation.
The proposal form is only ment when you want to make clear of what you expect which can only be done if you have a good idea of what you want.
Ask yourself the following questions:
If you have a good knowledge of what you wish, it is important to let us know by filling in all your requests! We can research if all the functionality expected will be covered by the standard modules. We may look for 3rd party modules* to cover functionality not supported by the standard modules.
If you do not know an answer to a certain question in the proposal form, you can let us know. You can do this by choosing that option which is available with each question in the form.
As you can see in the previous list of questions, a lot of information can be found on this website. Answering those questions will give us an idea of what you expect from Top-ICT. We can help you, free of charge, to make the right choice.
Most of the requests can be covered by the services and products mentioned on the website. We can give you a customized advice based on this. In some situations we may advice a customized service contract with extended maintenance and/or SLA**.
